Morgan Rise What can I say about myself? I’m currently studying for my undergraduate degree in Politics at Swansea University, Wales. I have a large passion for writing, both fiction and non-fiction, and I see writing as being a large part of my future career, hopefully in journalism.

The Internet is something that I have grown up with and therefore I use it as a large resource for most of my studying and research. That’s the reason I go on the net, however, social network sites like Facebook took over my life from the moment I joined. Plus through spending large amounts of time on MSN and various online forums I spread my knowledge areas out further by networking with people across the globe. Globaliation, and the effect it has, is a passion of mine with the intention of focussing on it for my dissertation and potentially to take postgraduate study on this topic. I feel that in the modern world with the increased methods of communication such as the internet, broadcasted news services, the cultural and political boundaries between all peoples are diminishing. Therefore, I believe it is imperative that this be taken into account with new generations of employees. They are increasingly aware of the world around them; both nationally and internationally, and because of that they wish to keep increasing their knowledge, and to push the limits of pre-conceived boundaries of previous generations.
